'Phone-snatchers' and 'feral kids' targeting elderly people on Canvey Island

Blimey, it's been a bit of a worry for some of our older residents lately, with reports of phone snatching and anti-social behaviour. We're hearing that some youngsters have been causing a bit of a nuisance, and sadly, some of our elderly neighbours have been targeted.
